ALFEN acquires activities of EXENDIS

As of November of 2011, ALFEN has acquired a large part of the activities of EXENDIS. These products and services, including the inverters, can be found on the website of ALFEN on the following pages:

• Multi-source Hybrid Inverter (MHI)
• Renewable Energy & SOPRA
• Smart Substation

All services and products to existing customers will be delivered and provided by ALFEN as normal and without changes.

Under the brand name ICU, ALFEN has taken over all the products with regards to fast charge technology.

MarPower

All products with regards to the maritime sector have been acquired by eekels TBI techniek.

Impulse Battery Chargers

The Impulse Battery Chargers are now sold by Victron Energy.

Pulsator tester

ATV Agri has taken over al of the Agri Pulsator Tester products.
