Eve Control – Advanced charge station management and configuration
Eve Control is a web-based platform designed to support the management and configuration of Alfen charging stations. It provides a clear interface for daily operations, remote assistance and access to Alfen stations. The platform replaces advanced onsite configuration tools by consolidating key functions into a structured, central environment.
The platform is suitable for installers, charge station owners, fleet managers and CPOs, and supports both smaller installations and larger charging environments.
Manage, configure and support your charging infrastructure
Eve Control brings together charger information, configuration settings and support tools within one structured environment. Users can apply settings, manage access rights and carry out remote actions without the need for specialist equipment. Temporary, time-bound remote connectivity can be enabled for service cases to support diagnostics and targeted remediation without a site visit.
The platform is compatible with both Alfen Pro-line and Alfen Plus charging stations and is designed to provide a consistent approach across new and existing sites.
